The Secret Power of Manifesting Your Heart's Desires The Seven Steps to Manifesting
Manifesting Your Heart's Desires!
By choosing to learn The Seven Steps To Manifesting.
As you practice these skills you will see your desires begin to manifest and some in ways beyond your wildest dreams.
As you practice these steps daily, there are no limits on what you can manifest in your life anything is possible so choose wisely.
Step One: Breathe Deeply
Begin by taking a nice deep cleansing breath in, breathing in life, energy and abundance
As you exhale release any stress, strain or tension from your body.
Release any thoughts, feelings, and just allow yourself to relax.
As you continue to breathe deeply, gently shift your focus to your heart and take a few moments to dwell here in this place of peace.
Step Two: Clearly State Your Desire
Imagine a genie has just appeared at your doorstep and grants you three wishes. Anything you desire!
What are your three wishes? (go to your heart and let your heart choose your deepest desire) If you could only have one wish, which wish would you choose? Remember you must choose only one!
Hint: Select something you want, not something your want to get rid of.
For Example: If my ultimate desire is to be healthy and one of the ways for me to be healthy is to lose weight
My choice would read like this: I choose to be healthy and physically fit. Rather than I want to lose weight.
Clearly state your deepest desire. It is helpful to write it down where you can see it daily.
Step Three: Visualize Success In Advance
Picture what you desire as if it has already happened, as if it has already manifested for you in your life.
Allow your picture to be as vivid as possible...colorful, life like, real
Step Four: Embrace The Feeling
What feeling will having your desire give you?
Feel the feeling you have as you imagine having your desire now.
Hint: Let's use the example of I desire more money in my life.
Ask yourself what feeling do you have as you imagine having all the money you desire?
Perhaps you feel rich, wealthy, secure, successful, relieved. Beyond these feelings, what do you feel? Most people report a deeper feeling of peace, freedom.
The deeper feeling is what you want to feel. This is known as your core value.
Step Five: Create An Image
Allow an image to come to you that represents your core feeling.
The image can be a place, a person, an object, a color, a shape
Hint: If your core feeling is freedom, an image that may work would be a bird, sailing on the ocean, parasailing, space. If your core feeling is peace an image may be a sunset, a dove, walking in nature, the color pink, Mother Theresa, a rose.
Step Six: Let It Go!
Let your mind release the intention to your higher self.
Hint: This can be done by merely saying to yourself " I now release my desire to the wisdom and power of my higher self."
And allow your mind to shift to your core feeling. As you energize your core feeling, you will manifest your desires ten fold.
Step Seven: Trust
Trust that you have done all you need to do.
Your higher self, Your subconscious mind will handle the rest.
I suggest you use these steps every day. Taking a few minutes in the morning when you first awaken is an excellent time to take yourself through these seven steps. Once you become familiar with these steps, you will be able to do them quickly, without needing to write them down.
Feel free to use these steps during your day as well. It is an excellent way to keep yourself focused on what is most important to you.
I wish you well in Manifesting Your Heart's Desires
What is Hypnosis?
Introduction to Hypnosis
To the average man, 'Hypnosis' is a technique used only for mysterious purposes, by people with strange skills and special powers. Much of our perception and understanding of this science is a result of either wrong information, or absolutely no information. Today, the most common source for knowledge of this subject is stage hypnosis programs.
Their primary purpose is to entertain and thereby make money, and therefore they don't seem to care about the importance of presenting the true nature of this science. Personally, I am not against this medium, but the sad part is that a lot many people refrain from trying out hypnosis because of the fear generated by these programs.
Hypnosis is a highly scientific process to program the subconscious mind to achieve unlimited success in life. Under Hypnosis, the mind and body are deeply relaxed, and the barrier between the conscious and subconscious minds is removed, thereby felicitating a high degree of communication between the two. In such a state, the subconscious mind becomes highly receptive to positive constructive suggestions, thus assisting us in achieving greater success, happiness and satisfaction. Hypnosis employs the immense powers of the subconscious mind to bring about the desired changes in our lives.
The subconscious mind does just what it is told to do, and in the process shapes our character and influences our behavior. Children are highly susceptible to external suggestions, because their brain functions primarily in the frequency range where the subconscious mind is exposed and unprotected. As a result, children who are praised properly taught and encouraged to succeed, develop a much better quality of life and self-esteem. On the other hand, children who are constantly put down told they are stupid or ugly, and criticized for everything they do, develop a poor, unhealthy self-esteem.
A subject, which has often been misunderstood because of the shroud of mystery surrounding it, hypnosis is a science, which can be of immense value to us, in the area of Human potential development.
Acknowledged and approved as a legitimate therapeutic tool by the American Medical Association, the American Psychiatric Association since 1958, and even the Vatican, hypnosis is widely used in the US, Europe, the former Soviet bloc countries and other developed nations. Practiced by Doctors, Psychiatrists, Dentists, Gynecologists, Social Workers and Business persons in their professional lives, the powers of hypnosis can also be employed by the general public for a number of purposes, from improving their health, to attaining their goals, to overcoming undesirable habits or phobias.
What is the Sub-Conscious Mind?
The human mind (and that of most other animals) is basically divided into two components: the Conscious mind and the Sub-Conscious mind. The conscious mind controls most of our deliberate actions. Those organs of the body that we can control by the exercise of will are under the jurisdiction of the conscious mind.
The subconscious mind, on the other hand, controls actions that are beyond our physical control. For example, any action or movements that we perform while asleep are caused by the sub-conscious mind. Dreams are also stirred by the subconscious mind. (That is why dreams are sometimes called the "inner eyes", and are said to be the route to one's inner mind.)
At any moment, "you" represent the sum total of your experiences from the time of your birth until now. If you believe in re-incarnation, that would also include all of the experiences of your past lives.
Irrespective of your belief system, it is these past experiences that represent your present life and all its characteristics. These past experiences are stored in the sub-conscious mind as programming. It is your subconscious mind that has made you what you are today. Your talents and abilities, problems and afflictions are the result of the intuitive guidance of the subconscious. It has been directing you and it will continue to direct you, and often in opposition to your conscious desires.
This is because the subconscious has little or no reasoning power. It simply takes in what is told to it, and uses its immense power to fulfill it.
Is hypnosis natural?
This is perhaps the most important question one encounters when exploring the possibility of using a tool like hypnosis, primarily because of all the mysterious associations we hold about it. It is a scarcely known fact that we have experienced the hypnotic state literally thousands of times in our lives.
Consider this situation: You are driving to your office from home. You use the same route as you normally use while driving to work.
During the journey, you lose consciousness of your surroundings and are busy in your own thoughts. Suddenly, you realize that you have reached your destination! You were consciously thinking of a host of other things: the people you have to meet today, the calls you have to make, the payments you have to receive or make, and so on. Inspite of your mind being preoccupied, you reached office safely. You stopped when the light turned red, you applied the brakes when a pedestrian crossed the road in front of you, and you even took time to look at the hoardings that lined the road.
If your conscious mind was busy with your thoughts, who was driving your car? Through decades of research, psychologists have concluded that this "auto pilot" is nothing but a part of our mind, called the subconscious mind.
Let's now consider, how this is possible. It is believed that all the experiences we have in our lives (and even in our previous lives!) are registered in our subconscious mind. Driving to office everyday is also one of these experiences. All the knowledge required to drive an automobile is thus already in the mind. As you begin your journey to the office, you soon move into a continuous flow of traffic and are able to maintain a consistent speed. At this point your conscious mind becomes more or less free, as is has no major role to play. It then drifts on to other thoughts. This is the moment when the subconscious takes over. It provides all the information you require to drive the car.
Driving is, however, not the only automatic activity. Other instances of automatic activities may be found while taking a shower, while dining alone, while jogging and so on. In psychological terms, while functioning in the automatic mode, one has drifted into an altered state of consciousness.

Quit Smoking NOW!!
The Benefits of Quitting
It's no secret that tobacco use is bad for your health — even low-tar and low-nicotine cigarettes. In fact, smoking harms nearly every organ of your body and causes a long list of diseases including cancer, heart disease and lung disease. It even harms the health of unborn babies. Let's think about what you'll get when you quit;
- 11 minutes back for every cigarette you don't smoke
- 4 hours back for every pack you don't smoke
- 2 days back for every carton you don't smoke
Quitting rapidly lowers your risk for many health problems, including:
- Heart disease
- Stroke
- Chronic Bronchitis
- Emphysema
- Many kinds of cancer (including lung, pancreas, throat, mouth, & cervical)
Some people feel they have smoked too long to benefit from quitting. Others feel they haven't smoked enough to be at risk.
No matter how long you have smoked, you will be healthier when you quit.
- Within 12 hours, your pulse, blood pressure and carbon monoxide levels return to normal.
- Within 48 to 72 hours, the nicotine is gone from your body.
- Within a few weeks, your blood circulation begins to improve and breathing becomes easier.
- Within a year, your risk of coronary heart disease is cut in half.
- Within 10 years your lung cancer death rate is cut in half.
- Within 15 years your risk of coronary heart disease is back to that of a nonsmoker's.
Besides reducing your risk factors for these diseases, quitting tobacco will help you enjoy improved circulation, have fewer breathing problems, and feel less winded when climbing stairs. You'll have more energy, fresher breath, and a better sense of smell and taste.
When you quit, not only will you be a great role model, your actions will benefit the health of your family and friends. If that isn't enough, your budget will benefit too. Think of all the money you'll save by not buying cigarettes, if you smoke one pack a day, you can save well over $1,700 a year.

How to Succeed With People
Whether you’re selling face-to-face, building your personal relationships, or trying to impress your boss, there’s an important skill you should learn.
How to make people like you, over and over again According to Nicholas Boothman, author of “How to Make People Like You,” what you do in the first few minutes of every personal encounter determines how people will respond to you later on. First impressions do count, Boothman believes, more than most people realize.
And it’s not just the very first impression. It’s the first impression you give each and every time you greet someone. Each and every time you encounter a friend, family member, or business associate, do the following:
- Be aware of how you feel. Make yourself feel positive and allow that feeling
- Make eye contact: Always look the other person directly in the eye, even if
- Beam. Be the first to smile. Let your smile, as well as your body, show that
- Make your “Hi!” or “Hello!” sound friendly.
- Take the lead: Extend your hand first.
- Shake his/her hand strongly. Shake it like you mean it.
- Lean toward him/her: An almost imperceptible forward tilt will very subtly
Bonus tip: However much you can, know what you want out of every new relationship or new encounter before you begin it. This will allow you to channel that positive first impression into something meaningful and beneficial.
Make 3 People Smile
In my experience, there are basically three “personalities” people display when they’re trying to sell you something. The something could be their viewpoint, an idea or an actual product/service. The personalities are the bully, the charismatic, and the invisible salesman.
The bully succeeds by pressing you so hard that you agree to his proposition just to make him go away. He sells you once, but he will never sell you again.
The charismatic charms you. What he lacks in knowledge and selling skills, he makes up for in good humor. You buy from the charismatic because you like him.
The best seller is the invisible salesman. He focuses your attention on the idea, or product/service and the benefits they provide YOU. Attending to your interests and reactions, he tailors his presentation to meet your wants, beliefs, and feelings. When you are in the presence of an invisible salesman, you may forget about him completely because you are so excited about what you are about to “buy.”
No one is purely one kind or the other. We are all, in parts, charming, aggressive, and self-effacing. Learning to focus the target’s attention on “what’s in it for him” is the primary skill of the invisible salesman.
But it is also important to work on your personal skills — and that means diminishing those characteristics that intimidate and developing those that charm.
The Best “Opening” Technique is Very Simple
Make people smile. After that, everything else is easy.
You may be the sort of person for whom this comes easily. If so, you need only realize what a talent you have and resolve to use it more. If you are less-than-gifted in the sunshine department (charisma-challenged, like me), you should consider adding this technique to your persuasion arsenal.
If it doesn’t come naturally, you’ll have to practice.
You can start today. Here’s the challenge:
Make the next three people you meet smile. Make them smile before you do anything else. Say something — do something — to get that smile on their faces before you begin your conversation.
Hint: You have to be really good to make someone else smile when you are frowning. So start off by smiling yourself. If you are really retarded in this area (as I was), you might want to practice in the mirror before you experiment on a live subject.
Try it Out Today. Three Times. And See What Happens
You may notice the following:
- It will make you feel good.
- It will give you a feeling of power.
- Your smiling subject will be more open to your ideas and interests.
